Weight loss update - We've been using our adjusted diet for 8 weeks now (I don't want to say we are dieting, bc that implies to me a temporary change). Total of 18.1lbs lost for me, 2.8 in week 8. Now 10.7lbs from my goal and 40 days left until my goal deadline... I know it is going to be tough but I think I can do it! Biking has helped a lot :)
